The conditions and terms stated below apply to all our services. When making a reservation, our guests shall declare that they have read, understood and hereby agree to accept all conditions and terms stated below, including the information on privacy.


  • Check-in: Monday – Friday from  3 P.M. – 6 P.M. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: self check-in h24.
  • Check-out: by 11.00; guests are kindly asked to inform us of their check-out time the evening before.
  • Late check-in:Self late check-in h24: is required the payment of the total amount due and the transmission of all ID documents.
  • When booking or before your arrival, please inform us of any different requirements.


  • We offer to our guests 2 types of rates:
  • A) Non refundable rate: balance of 100% of the price when the reservation is made, by bank transfer. In case of cancellation or no-show the entire amount paid is retained as a penalty
  • B)Refundable rate: provides a charge deposit of 50% of the total amount must be pre paid as a guarantee of reservation. The full balance is paid at the arrival. Free cancellation within 7 days of the schedule check-in
  • A Credit Card is required to secure your online reservation and to charge the payment, according to booking terms
  • Conditions and terms are clearly stated in the booking form; please take a view
  • Force majeure clause: were the accommodation unavailable because of force majeure, beyond control of MySuitesHome, a similar accommodation service shall be offered as a replacement or the reservation shall be cancelled and the Customer shall receive full refund of the paid amount. By accepting the accommodation replacement or by receiving full refund of the paid amount, the Customer waivers any and all damage claims against MySuitesHome.


  • The terms of cancelling any reservation can vary seasonally and depending on the chosen product as above mentioned.
  • These terms can be viewed in the booking form.
  • In case of curtailment, no amount shall be refunded.
  • In case of no-show (without cancellation), the full reservation deposit shall be charged.


  • CASH: A new limit to cash use was fixed under Act 208-28/12/2015, Art. 1, section 898. Accordingly, cash payment is only allowed for amounts under € 3.000,00. Any settlement above this amount shall be through bank transfer (before arrival), Credit Card or Bancomat (bank checks are not accepted);


  • Every week a full cleaning service is included (minimum stay 7 nights).
  • For extra cleaning and other requests, list prices on request.


  • Prices do not include the local tourist tax that shall be collected on behalf of the relevant Municipality.


  • Children up to 3 years are free guests if they sleep with their parents or in the baby cot (provided by MySuitesHome).
    Children from 3 to 12 years sleeping in an extra bed in their parents’ bedroom are charged € 15/night.


  • Upon previous request, small-size dogs are welcome and are charged € 10/night. A dog basket with a blanket and 2 bowls shall be provided; a € 15 supplement is also charged for end-of-stay cleaning.


  • There is no smoking in the building. Smoking is only allowed outside the apartments, in the garden and on the balcony.


  • No parties are allowed unless otherwise agreed when booking.


  • Hotel Formula: 
  • Daily cleaning, linen change and bed-making – € 20-30
  • Free for children under 3
  • € 15 supplement is charged with small-size pets.
  • Tourist guide (fees upon request based on itinerary);
  • Bike hire (rates upon request);
  • Personal shopper (fees upon request).




  • Check-in: normally, apartments are ready from 15:00, though you may arrive earlier, leave your luggage, get the keys and be back later. Check-in time is Monday – Friday from  3 P.M. – 6 P.M. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: self check-in h24, based upon the availability and except as otherwise agreed with the Host. Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance.
  • Check-out: by 11:00, except as otherwise agreed; please inform us of your check-out time the evening before.
  • Late check-in: Self late check-in h24: is required the payment of the total amount due and the transmission of all ID documents.
  • After checking in, apartments are accessible 24h/day. For any special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact the Host.


  • Free wifi: free connection to the “mysuiteshome” network. The Host shall give you the access password when checking you in.


  • Cleaning service on request is available from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00, Sunday excluded.
  • Linens and towels are changed at every check in and upon request, during your stay whit an extra cost.
  • Extra cleaning of the apartment: you can ask the Host at the time of booking or when arriving. Extra costs shall be charged at check-out.
  • End-of-stay cleaning: € 20-30.
  • Every week a full cleaning service is included (minimum stay 7 nights).


  • When arriving, each guest must submit a valid identification document for guest registration under current law.
  • Each guest receives the keys for free access to his/her apartment at any time. An extra charge of € 10 applies with the loss or breakage of keys.
  • The reservation balance is paid as provided in the booking form, including compulsory local tourist tax.


  • For any information (heating, satellite TV, appliances etc.) please read the quick guide in the apartment.
  • For any requirements (extra blankets and pillows, kitchen tools, bin bags etc.), please contact the Host.
  • A complimentary tourist information pack is available in the apartment. The Host is at your disposal for any further information, suggestions and reservations.


  • Bring other people into the accommodation. Only people who are registered at the reception can enter the premises.
  • Have parties, if not otherwise agreed when booking.
  • Smoke – Smoking is only allowed outside the apartments, in the garden and on the balcony.
  • Disturb other guests – Common sense and good manners should apply.
  • Use inflammables such as: candles, joss sticks, oils etc.


  • Always make sure to close doors accessing the common area and the apartments.
  • Take care not to disturb other guests.
  • Keep TV, radio and any electronic appliances reasonably down to live together in harmony with everybody in the house.
  • Be especially considerate of neighbours regarding noise from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Avoid excess consumption of lighting, water and conditioning when not used or not necessary.
  • Be careful not to clog pipes. Do not flush anything down the toilet or the sinks.
  • Before leaving your apartment, please make sure that:
    A) you do not forget your personal belongings;
    B) you leave the keys inside the apartment or give them to the Host.


  • The apartment is checked before you leave.
  • In case of damage, broken or missing items, we shall ask you a reimbursement for fixing or replacement.


  • Your dog friends are welcome in our house.
  • You have to inform us at the time of booking that you are bringing a dog, only a small-size one, since not all apartments are suitable to accommodate animals;
  • Insurance is required against possible damages to third parties that your pet may cause; please take all relevant documentation with you.
  • Cleaning up after your pet is mandatory, courtyards & garden included.
  • A daily charge of € 10 and an extra fare of € 15 for end-of-stay cleaning (and any additional cleaning requested during your stay) shall be added to the apartment rate, as detailed in.
